Avondale needed a medical office building and fast; speed was the key component to the project. National Cardiovascular Management identified this and hired LSW to design a new medical office building on an expedited design schedule.
The LSW team designed the 60,000 SF medical building utilizing core and shell design process. It contains a cardiac cath lab and other clinical spaces. The building has space for a 12,000 SF ambulatory surgical center and a 6,000 SF imaging center on the first floor. The nine-acre site has been master-planned for medical use.
