CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FIRE STATION NO. 616 

The City of Scottsdale needed a new fire station to support the growing community in North Scottsdale. The new facility replaced a temporary double-wide trailer the company had been operating out of since 2015.

The station features two apparatus bays, a kitchen, a day room, and six bunk rooms, and four bathrooms. It includes a gym for firefighters to utilize, offices, a turn-out room, wildland support bay, and information technology. The facility includes a decontamination room, which allows fire fighters to safely remove deadly carcinogens from their bunker gear after returning from fighting a fire.
