Creighton Academy, an older school in Phoenix, Arizona, was in dire need of a new facility. A complete campus replacement was necessary as maintenance costs outweighed the cost of renovations.
This project included the removal of 11 existing structures to make way for three two-story buildings which house grades K-2, 3-5, and 6-8, and administration and labs. The existing gymnasium required partial demolition and minor renovations. The bus parking area was revised, and the previous administration building was converted into a child-care center.
