El Dorado County sheriff’s office needed a new public safety facility after outgrowing its original facility. This joint-venture project was designed as a campus-style complex to increase collaboration and efficiency between the variety of functions of the sheriff’s office. The five buildings that make up the campus include a public safety building with an Emergency Operations Center and dispatch, a property and evidence storage building, a morgue, a special operations building, and an armory and shooting range.
