LSW Engineers is a consulting engineering firm specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design. Based in Phoenix, we’ve spent nearly eight decades supporting projects across the Valley and throughout the country, designing the systems people rely on every day, even if they never see them.

The Role​​

Data is used to track project performance, manage schedules, and support internal operations.

 

You will work with this information to improve how it is organized, interpreted, and presented to support decision making across the firm.

Where You'll Work​

Advanced Technology | Phoenix

You will support LSW’s Advanced Technology sector in our Phoenix office, working alongside teams delivering semiconductor and data center projects.

​

Your role supports how project and operational data is organized and used for these teams. The work supports fast-paced, technical projects that require accurate information, coordination, and consistency.

 

What You'll Work On​

• Review and organize project and operational data from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in project and performance data

• Prepare reports that summarize data in a clear, structured format

• Create dashboards or visual summaries to support internal decision making

• Improve or standardize data processes that are currently manual

• Present findings in a clear format for internal teams

What We're Looking For​

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field

• Able to communicate and support findings clearly

• Self-directed and comfortable defining your own path within a clear mandate

Bonus Experience

• Experience with financial, operational, or workforce data; familiarity with Excel, Python, SQL, or BI tools

• Exposure to the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry​
